Seachtain na Gaeilge week at Loreto
There were words of the day, facts of the day and a variety of games and themed activities across the full range of subjects – not just the members of the Irish Department were speaking ‘an cupla focal’ in class!
There was Irish bingo in Maths class, the story of St Patrick in RE, explorations of Celtic Art and quizzes on the counties, rivers, and mountains of Ireland in Geography… and much, much more.
