Malawi benefits fromPresbyterian charity
A cross section of the community attended the meeting.
Speakers were Mrs. Heather Clements, from First Limavady Presbyterian Church and Mrs. Christine Nsona, from Ndirande Church, in Blantyre, Malawi.
Heather leads the Missionary Committee for her Church and Christine is President of the Women’s Guild in Blantyre.

Hide AdThe charity provides aid to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Blantyre and the Chifundo Orphanage as well as two schools.
Over the past four years members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Coleraine have been supporting this charity and have donated a number of educational and health related supplies as well as clothing, toiletries and toys.
Help has also been given from members of the broader community in Coleraine, Portstewart, Belfast and Londonderry.
The evening event ended with Adrian Culbertson, leader of the Coleraine Branch, presenting Christine with a King James Version of the Bible for her Church in Malawi.

Hide AdHe commented: “All present have been humbled by the great need of those in Malawi and inspired by the commitment of the two speakers to improve conditions for those living there.
“We leave tonight with a renewed commitment to help this great cause in every way we can.”
